Does anybody has a personal experience with being "on line" via blog or official chat or otherwise with a high EU official? I do not so I cannot say if there is a sence in the whole exercise..people sometimes complain that such blogs do not allow to publish the answer or the chatting is done by personnel not by the person itself..
